How can I transfer my AU shares into Superhero from another broker?
There are two simple ways to transfer your AU shares from your existing broker to your Superhero account.
Online Transfer:
This is the fastest method.
- Log in to your Superhero account via the web platform (transfer requests via the mobile app are coming soon)
- Go to Profile
- Select Share Transfers and follow the prompts
If your broker isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Manual Transfer via Form:
If you cannot use the online process, please follow these steps:
- Complete and wet sign (with a pen) our AU Broker to Broker Transfer form
- Prepare a copy of your government-issued photo ID that displays your signature
- You can submit your request here. Please ensure you attach your completed forms and ID.
Please note: Fractional shares cannot be transferred.
How can I transfer my AU shares into Superhero from a share registry?
To transfer your issuer sponsored holdings to your Superhero account:
- Please complete and wet-sign (with a pen) our Issuer Sponsored Transfer Form.
- Prepare a copy of your Government issued photo ID (driver’s licence or passport). It must show your signature.
- Prepare a copy of your issuer sponsored holding statement dated within the last year, containing your name, the number of securities and Full SRN.

How can I transfer my US shares into Superhero from another broker or registry?
There are two simple ways to transfer your US shares from your existing broker or DRS registry to your Superhero account.
Broker to Broker Transfer
If this is a broker to broker transfer, you can complete this online.
- Log in to your Superhero account via the web platform (transfer requests via the mobile app are coming soon)
- Go to Profile
- Select Share Transfers and follow the prompts
If your broker isn’t listed, tap Chat with us in your account and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
If you are unable to complete this online, please Complete and manually sign (using pen and paper) our US Broker to Broker Transfer form.

DRS Registry Transfer In
- Complete and manually sign (using pen and paper) our US Broker to Broker Transfer form.
- Prepare a copy of your government-issued photo ID that displays your signature (drivers licence or passport)
- If the shares are being transferred in from a registry, we will also need a holding statement from the registry.
- You can submit your request here. Please ensure you attach your completed forms and ID.
Please note: Fractional shares cannot be transferred. Transfers that involve a change in ownership or transfers out of Superhero will need to be completed through a separate process.
How long does it take for my shares to arrive in my account?
Once we have received all of the correct documentation you will see the shares you’ve requested to transfer into Superhero within 5–10 business days.
This can depend on the counterparty broker.
If you have submitted your request through the web app, you can track the status of your transfer in the Share Transfers section of your Superhero account. You’ll find this in your Profile tab. There, you’ll see updates such as Submitted, In Progress, Completed or Rejected.
