Where do dividends get paid?
Dividends will be paid as cash to your Superhero Wallet within 2 business days after the distribution date.
Any dividends or income you are eligible to receive from the U.S. shares and ETFs you own will be paid into your USD Superhero Wallet. Any dividends or income you are eligible to receive from the AU shares and ETFs you own will be paid into your AUD Superhero Wallet.
You can view dividend information in the ‘Activity’ tab once they have been paid into your account.
How long until dividends arrive?

Can I automatically reinvest dividends?
Superhero does not offer Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRP).
Where can I find my dividend statements?
Superhero provides three types of dividend statements:
Individual Dividend Statement:
This can be found in the Activity tab, by clicking the dropdown next to the distribution and clicking on the pdf button.
Income Report:
Shows your dividends between the dates selected. You can find this in the Reports tab of your Superhero account.
Attribution Managed Investment Trust Member Annual Statements:
This provides detailed information regarding dividends for exchange-traded funds (ETFs). You can find this in the Reports tab of your Superhero account.
Will I receive franking credits on shares I buy/hold via Superhero?
Yes, any applicable franking credits are passed on to you via Superhero.
Superhero is unable to provide advice regarding your eligibility for franking credits. It’s best to check with your accountant or visit the ATO website for more information.
Where can I see my franking credits?
The location of your franking credit information depends on the type of investment you hold:
Shares: Franking credit information is displayed in the Income Report (AUS), found in the Reports tab
Managed Investment Products (such as ETFs, LICs and REITs): Your franking credits will be detailed in the Attribution Managed Investment Trust Member Annual Statements (AUS).
The AMMA Statement will be updated in your account once the information has been received from the individual funds. For most funds, this data is available within 3 months of the end of the financial year. However, with some funds, it may be as late as October.
If you do not see data in the AMMA/AMIT report, it’s likely that the fund(s) have not provided this information to Superhero yet. Customers will receive an email notification once their AMMA/AMIT report has been finalised.
To access your reports, please follow the steps below.

Mobile App:
1) Select “Profile”, then “Tax Reports”.
