What methods can I use to deposit funds?
You can fund your Superhero Trading account via:
- PayID
- PayTo
- Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)
- BPay

Please note: Minor accounts and Company accounts have their own Wallet section and unique details for deposits.
When will my deposit be available in my account?
The fastest way to transfer funds to your Superhero Wallet is via PayID and PayTo.
- Pay ID: Realtime, however, some banks may withhold your first deposit for up to 2 business days.
- PayTo: Realtime, however some banks may withhold your first deposit for up to 5 business days.
- Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer): Realtime, however, depending on your bank, up to 1-2 business days.
- BPay: Up to 5 business days.
Are there any limits to making deposits?
Superhero does not impose a specific cap on the amount you can deposit into your account.
Deposits may be subject to the limits of your bank.
There is no minimum amount for payments made via PayID, direct deposit or PayTo.
How can I deposit funds with BPAY?
- Go to your Superhero Wallet and toggle to the ‘Deposit’ tab.
- Scroll down to ‘BPay’ and copy the ‘Biller Code’ field. (Please note: you will need the ‘Ref’ number in the following steps).
- Go to your Banking app/ portal and follow the prompts to get through to making a BPay.
- Copy in the ‘Biller Code’ in the relevant field.
- Go back to the Superhero App and copy the ‘Ref’ number and repeat this in your banking app.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete the BPay deposit.
You must transfer a minimum of AU$100 when making a payment to your Superhero Wallet via BPay. A $1 processing fee will be subtracted from the total payment.
Bpay deposits can take up to 5 business days. If you require the funds faster, consider PayID.

How do I deposit funds with PayID?
- Go to your Superhero Wallet and toggle to the ‘Deposit’ tab
- Scroll down to ‘PayID’ and copy the ‘PayID’ field.
- Go to your Banking app/portal and follow the prompts to get through to “make a PayID payment” (may be worded differently depending on your bank)
- Copy the ‘PayID’ code into the email section of your PayID deposits.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete the PayID deposit.
Funds should appear in realtime, however some banks may withhold your first deposit for up to 24 hours.

How can I deposit funds with PayTo?
- Go to your Superhero Wallet and toggle to the ‘Deposit’ tab.
- Choose ‘PayTo’.
- Once you have requested the set up, open your banking app or portal.
- You should see a request to authorise a ‘PayTo Agreement’. Please approve this.
- Once the agreement is active, return to the Superhero app and confirm the deposit amount.
Funds should appear in realtime, however some banks may withhold your first deposit for up to 24 hours.
How do I deposit funds with a Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)?
- Go to your Superhero Wallet and toggle to the ‘Deposit’ tab
- Scroll down to ‘Direct Deposit’ and copy the ‘Account Name’ field. (Please note: you will need the ‘BSB’ and ‘Account Number’ in the following steps).
- Go to your Banking app/ portal and follow the prompts to get through to making a Direct deposit or Bank Transfer.
- Copy ‘Account Name’ into the relevant field.
- Repeat this for ‘BSB’ and ‘Account Number’.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete the Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer.
Deposits can take 1-2 business days.

Are there deposit fees?
There is no cost to deposit funds to your Superhero account using the deposit methods available except for BPay.
If you make a deposit using BPay we will deduct a $1.00 processing fee from the total amount deposited.
